What is an alfaview room?
alfaview rooms are virtual offices that virtually replicate your physical office space. You can invite colleagues here to hold meetings or collaborate as a team. Each room is permanent and available around the clock. Rooms can be organized into departments for a better overview. Each room includes 50 subgroups/breakout rooms that can be used simultaneously.
How do alfaview meetings differ from rooms?
Confidential meetings can also be held in private, temporary meeting rooms outside of your permanent alfaview rooms. Individuals who are not invited to the meeting will not be able to see the meeting room or the meeting participants in the room list. Meeting rooms can only be created for specific periods of time. After the meeting, they are automatically deleted and are no longer accessible.
Can I try alfaview for free?
Yes, you can try alfaview free of charge for 30 days with the alfaview Free 500 Special plan. This plan can be used once per company/organization. A valid license is required for regular use in a non-private setting.
Can I combine rooms of different sizes in one package?
Yes, you can combine Professional and Premium rooms. Contact us—we will be happy to advise you and work with you to create your individual room structure.
Do all participants need their own license?
No, licenses are not purchased for participants, but for rooms with a specific participant capacity. The number of participants per room purchased can be found in the price list above.

What payment options do you offer?
Depending on the contract term you choose, you pay monthly, annually, or in a single payment in advance. We offer payment by invoice or SEPA direct debit.
