The organizational and room structure of your event can be reproduced virtually with alfaview just like in a building. This results in an unlimited number of navigation levels with departments and rooms, enabling smooth transitions between the virtual and the hybrid versions of your event.
Your individual event
The alfaview rooms are continuously available. Any number of hosts can be defined for every room, so events can be managed by more than one person at the same time.
The room list shows the number and names of the people who are already in the room. You can easily switch between rooms by clicking on the room name.
Use up to 50 breakout rooms
Each alfaview room contains 50 groups that can be used in parallel as breakout rooms for networking and renamed as desired.
Using the list of participants, you can see who is in which breakout room at any time or export an attendance list of all participants.
Our team is right there with you
Before the event
Our alfaview® team supports you in planning and organizing your online event, and works with you to design your room structure to meet your specific needs. Before the event, you will receive training in addition to the setup to introduce you to alfaview®. If needed, we will set up a test session for you and any interested speakers. Two weeks before the start of the event, your alfaview® rooms are available for testing alfaview®.
During the event
During your event, the alfaview® team will support the participants, speakers, and organizers by answering questions about alfaview®. We will be happy to answer your questions in alfaview® (virtual helpdesk/information center) or by phone.
If desired, we are also happy to take over the management of your event, allowing you to dedicate yourself completely to your event.
After the event
Would you like to discuss the success of your event with all the participants afterwards? Your alfaview® rooms are available for this purpose for up to two weeks after the event. If needed, we can also make the rooms available to you for longer, or even on a permanent basis.
Room access can be individually depicted
Your event rooms can be accessed via a link that you can add to your website, tickets, or emails. This allows you to quickly and easily integrate room access into your existing communication concept.
For example, we are happy to open the information center and cafeteria a few days before the event and staff them with alfaview team members. There we can already welcome guests and answer any questions they may have. We also offer the possibility to accompany the virtual rooms with music and a series of images. This way your guests will be welcomed right from the start. You are invited to use our toolbox to insert your agenda, and placement of your logo is also possible.

Data protection and privacy is the top priority for alfaview. Especially in an international setting, compliance with high European data protection requirements is not always a given. alfaview offers numerous security features you can use to keep your event secure. Invitation links can be personalized and provided with a start and end date and time. Using various, individually assignable permission groups, you can define who is granted access to which rooms and which permissions the respective individuals have within these rooms.
