How many licenses do I need for my institute?

Usage requirements are analyzed during the first three months after the contract begins.
The customer then determines the final number of licenses.
During this period, the license limit is set generously to avoid bottlenecks.
In addition, 30% reserve capacity is provided to accommodate usage peaks.
If the agreed-upon number of licenses is consistently exceeded over a three-month period, an adjustment is required.
By using breakout rooms, up to 100 simultaneous meetings are possible with a single license.
An unlimited number of hosts, admins, or moderators can be assigned to a room license.

alfaATC Communications digitizes the communication between air traffic controllers and pilots using AI-based speech recognition (EML) and speech comprehension (DLR). The on-premises software automatically transcribes conversations, stores them securely in accordance with EU regulations, and improves efficiency and process quality in air traffic control. alfaATC Communications has been offering the software on the market since 2026. A well-known major German airport is among its first customers.
